Leadership & Staff

Rayliza Academy is led by people who believe that every child deserves Christ-centred, quality education. Read messages from our leadership, and meet the team who teach and care for our learners.

McRay Sogah

Message from the Proprietor

Welcome to Rayliza Academy. When we opened our doors on 25 January 2021, we began with just five learners and a simple conviction: that every child deserves an education that forms the whole person, mind, character and faith. That conviction still shapes everything we do. Rayliza Academy exists to offer Christ-centred, quality and affordable education to the children of our community, in a place where each child is known, cared for and encouraged to grow.

We want every learner who passes through our classrooms to become academically capable and confident, disciplined in their habits, compassionate towards others and firmly grounded in God. Our teachers work to build strong foundations in reading, numeracy and clear thinking, while guiding children to respect one another, take responsibility and use their gifts to serve. We hope our learners will leave Rayliza ready to make a positive difference in their families, their communities and their generation.

To every parent and guardian who has trusted us with your child: thank you. Your partnership is what makes this school a true community. As Rayliza Academy continues to grow, we remain committed to our motto, Building a Solid Generation for Christ and the Nation, and I look forward to all that we will achieve together with your children.

Rev. Dr. Raymond Sogah

Message from the CEO

Rayliza Academy is one expression of a larger calling. Across the Rayliza family of organizations, our work rests on four commitments: faith, education, empowerment and community transformation. We believe lasting change begins when people are strengthened spiritually, educated academically and empowered economically through Christ Jesus, and the Academy is where that vision takes root in the lives of children.

Education is one of the most enduring investments a community can make. When a child learns to read well, to think clearly and to live with integrity, the benefit reaches far beyond one classroom: it strengthens families, raises future leaders and helps whole communities move forward. That is why we are committed to Christ-centred education that is both excellent and within reach of the families we serve.

We are grateful to the parents, teachers, staff and partners who share this vision. Together we are laying strong foundations for a generation that will serve God and the nation with knowledge, character and compassion. It is my prayer that every child at Rayliza Academy will discover their God-given potential and grow into it with confidence.
