Policies & Resources

Rayliza Academy works in partnership with families to provide a safe, caring, disciplined and Christ-centred learning environment. This page brings together important school guidance for parents, guardians and learners, along with useful resources for staying informed and connected with the school.

Our policies and guidance help families understand how we work together to support each child’s learning, wellbeing, character and development.

School Policies

Admissions and Enrolment

We are glad when families choose to learn more about Rayliza Academy. A good first step is to read about the school and explore our academic stages, from the early years through primary school, to see whether Rayliza is the right fit for your child.

Families are welcome to contact the school with any questions and to review the current school fees and school services before applying. Applications are completed online through the school’s application form.

Any information needed for enrolment is confirmed directly by the school with each family. The Admissions page explains each step.

Attendance and Punctuality

Regular attendance and arriving on time help every learner take full part in lessons, keep up with classwork and make steady progress. Being present from the start of the school day also builds habits of discipline and responsibility that serve children well beyond the classroom.

If your child will be absent or late, or if circumstances at home are affecting attendance, please let the school know as early as you can. Working together allows us to support your child and help them catch up on anything they have missed.

Fees and Payments

School fees are set for each academic term, and the current fee schedule is published on the School Fees page. Please refer to it for the fees that apply to your child.

If you have a question about fees, what they cover or how to pay, please contact the school directly. We are always happy to explain anything that is unclear.

Parent Communication

At Rayliza Academy, we see parents and guardians as partners in each child’s education. Children flourish when home and school work together, share the same expectations and encourage the same values.

We encourage families to stay engaged with school life, keep up with news and important dates on this website and the School Calendar, and speak with the school whenever they have a question, a concern or information that will help us support their child.

You can reach the school through the Contact page, by email at info@raylizaacademy.edu.gh or by phone at +233 24 326 7842.

Feeding Services

Rayliza Academy provides a feeding service to support learners during the school day. Good nutrition helps children stay focused, energetic and ready to learn, and the service is part of the school’s care for the whole child.

If your child has particular dietary needs, please discuss them with the school. For current details about the feeding service, including how to take part and any charges, see School Services or contact the school.

Transportation Services

School transportation is one of the services available to help families get their children to and from school. Whether it is available for your family can depend on where you live.

Please confirm current arrangements, availability for your area and any charges directly with the school. More information is on the School Services page.
